Yes, the free Kray account is limited to 1 lot, 2 rentals, 2 tenants. If you manage more lots, you would need to buy a paid account.

Where is the data hosted?

Our servers are located in Morocco and will remain there permanently. This location reinforces the security of your data, as it is subject to strict data protection regulations.

What is the duration of the commitment?

There is no commitment period. You can stop your paid subscription at any time.

Can my tenants use your service?

Yes, that's the goal. Kray was created to help tenants and landlords in their interactions: rent and payment tracking, receipts, reminders, rent revision, charge regularization...

Are there backups?

We have implemented replication systems that ensure constant backup of your data. This guarantees uninterrupted access to your information, whatever the circumstances.
